Find bottleneck resources in Task Manager
You must first know which CPU, memory, disk, or network is saturated.
- 1Open Task Manager with Ctrl + Shift + Esc.
- 2In the Process tab, sort by CPU, memory, and disk usage.
- 3Log the parent process when symptoms occur.

After these steps, see if the “Windows Starts Slow” symptom decreases or disappears. If there is no change, check the possibility of excessive startup programs in the next step.
